An Atlantic project born in the sandy fields of Póvoa de Varzim, where the vines grow in sandy soils by the sea. A low-intervention, fresh and vibrant Pét-Nat, designed to be enjoyed with lightness and energy.

🍇 Region: Vinho Verde, Póvoa de Varzim.

🌱 Grape varieties: Loureiro, Vinhão and other local varieties.

🛠️ Winemaking: Ancestral Pét-Nat method, with spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention.

⏳ Aging: In the bottle, preserving the natural bubbles and Atlantic freshness.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in raised beds, on sandy soils with a strong maritime influence.

🧪 Analysis:

• Alcohol content: 11.5%.
• Low sulfite content.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: Bright pink and slightly hazy.
• Aroma: Fresh red fruit, citrus fruits and saline notes.
• Palate: Refreshing, with fine bubbles, pronounced acidity, and a dry finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Ideal for drinking young, while preserving its most vibrant expression.
