Tubarão's Winter Edition, designed to give Loureiro a more engaging interpretation, without losing the Atlantic tension that characterizes the project. It's a low-intervention white wine, with texture, minerality, and a gastronomic profile.

🍇 Region: Vinho Verde, Minho.

🌱 Varieties: Laurel.

🛠️ Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal intervention, and a search for balance between freshness and volume.

⏳ Stage: Extended stage for greater texture and complexity.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards with Atlantic influence, in sandy soils and a cool environment.

🧪 Analysis:

• Alcohol content: 11.5%.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: Citric yellow.
• Aroma: Ripe citrus, fresh herbs, white flowers and a mineral note.
• Palate: Fresh, textured and saline, with firm acidity and a long finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: It can evolve in the bottle, gaining greater aromatic complexity.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 9ºC with baked fish, poultry, mushrooms, rice dishes or comfort food.
