🌿 Vineyards: Sandy Regosols, with low water retention, and proximity to the sea, resulting in significant salinity.
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-selected, gently pressed pneumatically, and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with special care taken to minimize intervention.
