🌱 Grape varieties: Arinto, Antão Vaz and Galego Dourado

🌿 Vineyards: Very old, poor, and acidic schistous soils, favoring balanced ripening and optimal quality.

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested and pneumatically pressed whole grapes; cold settling of the must; temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

⏳ Stage: In a stainless steel tank in contact with fine sediment, approximately 4 months.
