🌱 Grapes: 60% Arinto, 30% Bical and 10% Maria Gomes
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, cold maceration on the skins, natural static defecation, alcoholic fermentation at 15º.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters. Older vines date back to 1972, with new plantings since 1999.
