| 🍇 Region: Dão 🌱 Grapes: Malvasia Fina (40%), Encruzado (30%), Cerceal (15%), Gouveio (15%) 🛠️ Winemaking: Crushing with partial destemming, gentle pressing, clarification by decantation, fermentation at 16-18ºC. After fermentation, clarification and aging in stainless steel to preserve the bouquet. 🧪 Analysis:
👃 Organoleptic Tasting Notes: Citrus color, clear and bright, with floral notes of lime and lemon. On the palate, fresh, elegant and structured, typical of Dão white wines. ⏳ Potential for Evolution: Ready to drink, but with favorable aging potential of 3-4 years. 🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 10-12ºC, as an appetizer or with light fish and white meat dishes. |
