🛠️ Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by long skin maceration.
🌿 Vineyards: Located in the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountain ranges, at an altitude of approximately 50 meters. Older vines date back to 1972, with new plantings since 1999.
