🌱 Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Sousão, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca

🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, crushing, pre-fermentation cold maceration for 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC for 7 days with daily pump-overs. Cuvaison for 3 weeks after alcoholic fermentation. 12 months of aging in first-year oak barrels. Additional aging in bottle.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Deep ruby color, rich and very balanced nose, with notes of fruit, juniper and fine chocolate. Seductive palate with velvety tannins, scoring points with full body, structure and elegance. Long finish.

🍽️ Serving: Serve after the bottle has been open for at least 30 minutes, at a temperature between 17-18ºC.
