🌱 Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Sousão
🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, crushing, pre-fermentation cold maceration for 5 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC for 7 days with daily pump-overs. Cuvaison for 3 weeks after alcoholic fermentation. 14 months of aging in first-year oak barrels. Additional aging in bottle.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Deep ruby color, fragrant nose, wild berries, complete integration of wood. Full and enveloping entry on the palate, revealing, as the tasting continues, a fine structure with soft tannins. Long and persistent finish. Serve between 17-18ºC.
