🍇 Region: Vinho Verde Rosé Controlled Designation of Origin - DOC
👨🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva
🌱 Grapes: 80% Vinhão 20% Touriga Nacional Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix
🛠️ Winemaking: Wine obtained through an open-vat process, very gentle pressing of whole grapes, cold settling (10ºC) for 48 hours followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 14 days. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

Alcohol content by volume: 10.5% vol. Total acidity: 4.2 g/L pH: 3.45 Reducing sugars: 14.3 g/L
👃 Organoleptic Test:
Light pink wine. Fresh, fruity aroma with light tropical and red fruit notes. On the palate, it is balanced with a smooth freshness, a lively and captivating acidity, refreshing and persistent.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve very cold (8-10ºC).
