👨🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva
🌱 Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional (80%) Vinhão (20%) Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix
🛠️ Winemaking: Gentle pressing, carried out using the "open vat" method, of both varieties together at low pressure. Cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at low temperatures (12-14ºC). Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Additional aging in bottle.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
This wine has an elegant rosé color (palette). It presents intense and captivating aromas, predominantly red fruits. It has a good acidity, a dry, elegant and well-structured palate, with a good body. Very food-friendly. Best enjoyed at 8-10ºC.
