🌱 Grape Varieties: Avesso (60%) Arinto (40%) Soil: Sandstone and granite matrix
🛠️ Winemaking: Whole grape pressing with light maceration, cold settling (10ºC) and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12-14ºC. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with periodic batonnage for 3 months. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Wine with a defined citrine color, crystalline appearance and light bubbles; rich and intense aromas of citrus, tropical and sweet floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, elegant with crisp and enveloping acidity.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve very cold (8-10ºC).
