Descripción
Pardusco era el nombre que se le daba a los vinos tintos con poco color, moderada graduación alcohólica y que viajaban bien, es decir, envejecían bien. En ese momento todavía no tenían el nombre de Vinho Verde y luego para distinguirse de estos lo llamaron “vino maduro de Monção”.
Vendimiado a mano en perfecto estado de maduración. Despalillado total y maceración pelicular en frío. Larga fermentación a baja temperatura. Fermentación maloláctica realizada en su totalidad.

Young wine with a lively ruby color. Aromas of ripe wild berries with nuances of cherry and black pepper. Fine and velvety tannins that contrast harmoniously with a sharp and fresh acidity. Finishes long, soft and full of black fruit.
