🍇 Region: Sparkling White Wine
👨🔬 Winemaker: Lídia Silva
🌱 Grapes: Authorized and recommended for the Vinho Verde region.
🛠️ Winemaking: Wine obtained through the open vat method, gentle pressing of whole grapes at low pressure, addition of sulfur dioxide and clarifying enzyme. Static cold settling for 48 hours; followed by alcoholic fermentation at 12ºC for 14 days. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.

Alcohol content by volume: 10.5% vol. Total acidity: 6 g/L pH: 3.27 Reducing sugars: 11 g/L Overpressure: 2.2 bar at 20ºC
👃 Organoleptic Test:
A light citrus wine with a fine, persistent effervescence. Fresh aroma, floral notes, pear and green apple, and light tropical notes. On the palate, it is balanced with a smooth, refreshing, and persistent freshness. Serve well chilled (8-10ºC).
