🌱 Grape Varieties: Authorized for the Douro Region

🛠️ Winemaking: Vinification by separate variety. Whole grape pressing. Static cold settling. Must stabilization followed by total alcoholic fermentation in a closed reactor - Charmat method, with pressure control. Aging for 3 months.

⏳ Internship: 3-month internship.

Alcohol content by volume: 11% vol. Total acidity: 7.8 g/L pH: 3.03 Reducing sugars: 3.7 g/L

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Abundant perlage with medium-fine bubbles. Pale citrus color and crystalline appearance. Fresh and tropical aroma, quite youthful, marked by notes of lime, pineapple, and fine pastry. Juicy palate, good mousse consistency with floral aromas, expressive acidity, medium-long finish. Serve well chilled (6-8ºC).
