🍇 Region: Beira Interior, Pinhel sub-region

🌿 Vineyards: Approximately 15 years old, poor granitic soils with quartz.

🌱 Grape varieties: Tinta Roriz (100%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, selected, fully destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

⏳ Aging: 24 months in used French oak + 15 months in bottle.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: José Ribeiro Brandão

🧪 Analysis: 14.0% volume.

👃 Tasting Notes: Medium garnet color; black plum, cherry, wild blackberry; freshness and harmonious tannins; long finish with spices, wet stone, branches and cedar.
