Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

• Portugal Islands (Azores/Madeira): 1–3 weeks

• Europe: 4-8 business days

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Deadlines apply after shipment.

🔄 Returns & Delivery Issues

12. What do I do if the order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the order upon delivery. If it is damaged, return it to the carrier indicating the reason and notify us immediately by email at: geral@vinhalvarinho.pt . We will send a new order at no additional cost or issue a refund.

13. What happens if the package breaks during shipping?

We will make a new shipment at no extra cost to the customer.
