🔄 Refund and Return Policy
1. Right of Free Resolution
The consumer can cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to give a reason.

2. Return Conditions
The products must:
- To be intact
- In the original packaging
- Properly packaged for transport
Products damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
3. Damaged Products or Store Error
In case of product damage or error attributable to VinhAlvarinho.pt:
- The customer must send photographs proving...
- VinhAlvarinho.pt will cover the costs of collection, replacement, or refund.
4. Returns due to Customer Reasons
When the return is not due to an error on the part of the store:
- The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs.
5. Order Cancellation
- Up to 2 hours after payment: full refund
- After this period: shipping costs may be deducted.
- After receiving the item: return and shipping costs will be deducted.
6. International Returns
For orders shipped outside of Portugal:
- Return shipping costs are, as a general rule, the responsibility of the customer.
- If the order is held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, there will be no refund.
7. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Customized products (except for defects)
8. Refunds
The refund will be processed using the same payment method after the returned products have been received and verified.
