Description
Pacheca Reserva Vinhas Velhas Magnum Douro Tinto is a red wine made from old vines with a blend of traditional Douro grape varieties, combining concentration and elegance.
🍇 Region: Douro, Portugal
👨🔬 Winemaker: Maria de Serpa Pimentel and João Silva e Sousa
🌱 Grapes: Touriga Francesa (30%), Touriga Nacional (20%), Tinta Roriz (20%), Tinta Barroca (10%), Sousão (10%), Tinto Cão (5%), Tinta Amarela (5%).
🛠️ Winemaking: Destemming and crushing. Fermentation in granite lagar at 25ºC, with pump-overs and delestage. Co-inoculation to complete FA and FML.
⏳ Aging: 1 year in used French oak barrels (300 L).
