🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, rested in a cold room for 24 hours, selected in the cellar, destemmed and cold-pressed, with fermentation in 225L French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: Fermentation and aging in barrels for approximately 12 months.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original vines of Casal Sta. Maria and from plots near Praia da Adraga.
