👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Antônio Figueiredo

🌱 Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, carefully selected in the winery, light crushing, 3 hours of skin maceration, pressing, static settling, and fermentation in stainless steel. Part of the batch ferments in French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: 2 months of bâtonnage and aging on fine lees until mid-April, with a small portion in barrel.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006 near Praia da Adraga and in Galamares.

- Palate: Full-bodied and expansive on the palate, well-balanced by the subtle oak aging and lees work, very gastronomic.
