🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested and rigorously selected. Cold maceration in small open lagares for 5 days, 3 weeks of fermentation with daily pump-overs, and subsequent aging in new and used 225L and 500L French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006, with a strong Atlantic influence.
