🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Syrah and Merlot

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, selected in the vineyard and winery, cold maceration in open vats for 3 days, fermentation with daily pump-overs, and aging in new and used French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006, in Atlantic plots with great character.
