🌱 Grapes: Malvasia, Chardonnay and Riesling

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, carefully selected, crushed and cold-pressed. After static settling, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with aging on fine lees until April.

⏳ Stage: Stage on fine lees until April.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006 and strongly influenced by their proximity to the Atlantic.

- Palate: Fine and delicate, creamy attack, good concentration, refreshing acidity and an intense finish with notes of the sea.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: May benefit from bottle aging for approximately 6 years.
