🌱 Grape varieties: Chardonnay

🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested with rigorous selection. Light crushing, 4 hours of skin maceration, static decantation, and fermentation in used 225L French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: Aged in barrels for 14 months with monthly bâtonnage.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006, in plots with a strong maritime influence.

- Palate: Silky and ample body, medium-high acidity, Atlantic salinity and a firm finish with an excellent gastronomic profile.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good potential for bottle aging.

🍽️ Serving: Serve between 8 and 10ºC. Ideal with poultry, baked fish, cod, and richer dishes.
