🛠️ Winemaking: Late manual harvest. Skin maceration for 6 to 8 hours on 100% of the grapes, gentle cold pressing, fermentation mainly in stainless steel and partly in used French oak barrels, with aging on fine lees and bâtonnage.

⏳ Aging: Aged on fine lees until April, with part of the batch fermented and aged in used barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006 near Praia da Adraga and in Galamares.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: It can benefit from bottle aging for approximately 8 years.
