🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested, rigorous selection, cold maceration in small lagares (traditional stone troughs), prolonged fermentation with daily pump-overs, and aging in new French oak barrels.

⏳ Aging: Aged for 24 months in new 225L French oak barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from the original Casal Sta. Maria vineyards, planted in 2006, in an Atlantic environment.
