The Porto Ruby Concept is a vibrant and intense expression of classic Port, created with passion and precision by winemaker Rita Marques . Produced with traditional Douro grape varieties—such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Barroca —this Ruby comes from the iconic Quinta do Cabido , located on schist soils in the mountainous region of Numão , near the Teja River, in the heart of the Douro Superior.
Fermented in granite vats with foot treading and mechanical support, and aged exclusively in stainless steel vats , this wine preserves all the fruity intensity , vibrant color , and natural freshness of the grapes. With a youthful, rich, and energetic profile, Conceito Porto Ruby is perfect for those who appreciate Port wines with a direct character and intense notes of black fruit.
