Natural decantation. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks followed by transfer to used 500-liter French oak barrels. 6 months with gentle stirring of the lees. Tangential filtration before bottling. Tasting Notes: Light blush color. Elegant and intense aroma, with soft notes of red fruits – currants and raspberries, candy and floral nuances. Very fresh on the palate, good acidity, crisp and dry. An excellent gastronomic partner, elegant, complex and with character. Serving Suggestions: Serve between 10°C and 12°C. Pairs well with sushi, fish dishes, seafood, pasta and risotto, or enjoyed on its own.
