📝 Full Notes: Family Blend Year: Grapes: 40% Touriga Nacional, 35% Tinta Roriz, 10% Jaen, 10% Alfrocheiro and 5% Baga Region: DOC Dão Vinification: Pre-destemming and gentle crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 8 days with several gentle pump-overs per day. Gentle pressing at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks. Frequent pump-overs for 6 months with lees stirring. Tangential filtration before bottling. Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color. Aromatically rich with red and black fruits, flowers, menthol and even a touch of minerality. On the palate, good acidity, round tannins, medium body and a mouthfeel of black fruit with a floral and peppery touch. Elegant and long finish. A wine with great gastronomic potential and aging potential. Serving Suggestions: Serve between 16°C and 18°C. Pairs well with red meat, game, poultry, and cheeses.
