⏳ Aging: aged in new 500l French oak barrels for 5 months.

🧪 Analysis:

• Alcohol content: 11.5%
• Tartaric acid: 5.5 g/L
• pH: 3.40
• Residual sugar: 1.2 g/L

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Aroma & Palate: A French variety that is not very common in Portugal. Although normally associated with sweet wines, ODE Semillon is a dry wine, with a low alcohol content and high natural acidity. With the intention of adding texture and definition, approximately 15% of this wine was aged in new 500l French oak barrels for 5 months. On the palate, dry and citrusy – notes of lemon and lime, as well as green apple and a mineral finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Wine for young consumption, but with the potential to age in the bottle for 10 years or more.

🍽️ Serving: Pairs easily with grilled or fried seafood. Aged, it's the perfect wine to accompany roast pork or poultry like pheasant.
