- Aroma & Palate: Sometimes, nature offers us unique expressions of our wines. Phosphorus, from the Latin for "bright light," is produced from some of our finest Semillon grapes, fermented and aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels. It presents a complex nose, with notes of candied lemon, grapefruit, quince, and white flowers, enriched by a smoky mineral touch. Elegant and delicate, it reveals an extremely balanced palate with great persistence. On the palate, it stands out for its remarkable texture, exceptional in a wine of such a light body. With time and careful aging in the cellar, it will become even more complex and seductive.
⏳ Evolution Potential: Stylish and affordable now, but with the ability to age spectacularly over the next 15 years.
🍽️ Serving: perfectly complements sautéed scallops or fresh crab. Additionally, this wine pairs exceptionally well with more robust white meats, such as pheasant or slow-roasted pork, as well as with fine, soft cheeses.
