👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Aroma & Palate: Viognier is a French variety that shows great adaptability to this region. This wine is an "unoaked" wine that remained in contact with fine lees for 5 months after fermentation. This technique allowed us to give it body and greater intensity on the palate, while retaining the well-known characteristics of the grape such as its freshness and fruitiness. Notes of peach, nectarines, apricots and tropical fruits, and even ginger and spices.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: This wine is ready to drink young and should be consumed within the first 3 years.
