The Morgado da Serra de Monchique brand seeks to combine Algarve identity, freshness, and elegance in a range of regional wines with a gastronomic profile.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: João do Ó

🌱 Grape varieties: Chardonnay

🛠️ Winemaking: Light pressing. 48 hours of static settling. Clarification and fermentation. Aged for 14 months in stainless steel tanks and then filtered.

🧪 Analysis:

  • Alcohol content: 13%

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Color: citrus color.
  • Aroma: Aromas of white-fleshed fruits, apple, and some quince.
  • Mouth: Unctuous mouthfeel with excellent freshness and a long, mouthwatering, and balanced finish.
