Morgado da Serra de Monchique pays homage to the Algarve's wine heritage with regional wines that have their own identity and gastronomic profile.

🍇 Region: Algarve

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: João do Ó

🌱 Varieties: Black Soft

🛠️ Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC in stainless steel tanks. Aged 8 months in tanks and 4 months in bottle.

🧪 Analysis:

  • Alcohol content: 13%

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Color: intense red.
  • Aroma: Intense aroma of red berries and pine needles.
  • Palate: Youthful, structured, with present and polished tannins. Smooth, elegant and spicy taste, marked by fresh red fruits.

🍽️ Serving: Consume at 16-18 ºC. Pairs very well with red meats, roast beef, and grilled meats.
