Morgado da Serra de Monchique is a brand that pays homage to the Algarve and the Serra de Monchique mountain range, with regional wines designed to express freshness, identity, and gastronomic aptitude.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: João do Ó

🌱 Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz, Viognier, Arinto, Verdelho

🛠️ Winemaking: Light pressing. 48 hours of rest. Clarification and fermentation. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then filtered.

🧪 Analysis:

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Color: citrus color.
  • Aroma: Fruity aromas of Prunus, apricot and prune, with notes of lime and flowers.
