Morgado da Serra de Monchique celebrates the Algarve with wines of precise, fresh profile, designed for food pairings.

🍇 Region: Algarve

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: João do Ó

🌱 Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc

🛠️ Winemaking: Light pressing. 48 hours of static settling. Clarification and fermentation. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then filtered.

🧪 Analysis:

  • Alcohol content: 13.5%

👃 Organoleptic Test:

  • Color: citrus color.
  • Aroma: Tropical aroma with notes of passion fruit, jasmine flower and herbaceous touches of grass, tomato leaf and asparagus.
  • Palate: Dry, light and mineral, with a fresh and very gastronomic profile.

🍽️ Serving: Serve at 10-12 ºC. Pairs well with fish dishes and grilled white meats.
