Cervera Olive Press
Lagar de Cervera was born in O Rosal, Pontevedra, when the La Rioja Alta group, seeking excellence in white wines, acquired the small family winery Fernández Cervera Hermanos in 1988. The name was preserved as a tribute to the founding family and the property's traditional wine press.
Today, Lagar de Cervera represents the Galician face of La Rioja Alta in the Rías Baixas, focusing on Albariño and viticulture marked by Atlantic influence. The winery works vineyards in O Rosal and Cambados, creating young, fresh, and precise white wines, where natural acidity, aromatic purity, and a saline sensation are essential elements.
