⏳ Aging: Blend of Tawny Ports with an average age of 50 years, aged in oak barrels.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Dark amber with greenish reflections
- Aroma: Very old notes of dried fruit, thin varnish, candied orange.
- Mouthfeel: Velvety texture and exceptionally long finish.
🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 14–16ºC; ideal with dried fruits and caramel desserts.
