Alentejo regional wine from Herdade da Rocha, produced in Crato, in Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede, with a profile marked by the freshness and identity of the terroir.
🍇 Region: Alentejo — Crato, Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede.
👨🔬 Enologist: Sandra Chaves and Paulo Laureano.
🌱 Castes: 60% Alvarinho, 35% Arinto and 5% Viognier.
🛠️ Vinification: Full grape pressing, static decanting at 8 ºC and fermentation at 18 ºC, with bâtonnage until bottling.
⏳ Stage: Contact with fine lees through batonnage until bottling.
🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards in Crato, municipality of Portalegre, next to the Serra de São Mamede.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 13%.

- Color: Citrine.
- Aroma: Elegant and fresh minerality, with citrus aromas, aromatic herbs and spices.
- Mouth: Excellent acidity, fresh and long and pleasant finish, marked by deep minerality.
