🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional (50%) Touriga Franca (20%) Tinta Roriz (20%) Tinta Barroca (10%)

🛠️ Winemaking: Vinification of grape varieties separately. Total destemming, crushing, pre-fermentation cold maceration for 5 days followed by alcoholic fermentation at 25ºC for 7 days with daily pump-overs. "Cuvaison" for 3 weeks after alcoholic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels for 8 months. Natural stabilization.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content by volume: 14% vol. Total acidity: 3.95 g/L pH: 3.7 Reducing sugars: 0.1 g/L

👃 Organoleptic Test:
Ruby red wine with great color intensity. Intense aroma, notes of blackberries and wild berries in harmony with notes of spices, resulting from aging in oak barrels for 8 months. On the palate it is structured, with firm and soft tannins, and a long, lingering finish.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
