Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.

🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

🌱 Grapes / Base: Palomino Fino.

🛠️ Winemaking: A rare style of Jerez that combines the initial elegance of biological aging with a long oxidative phase.

⏳ Stage: Prolonged aging in American oak casks, resulting in a dry, concentrated, and highly complex profile.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

Bright mahogany color. Aroma of dried fruit, almond, nuts, spices, saline notes and fine wood. Dry, elegant, deep palate, with a silky texture and a very long finish.
