Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.

🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

🌱 Grapes / Base: Palomino Fino.

🛠️ Winemaking: Oloroso de añada, made from a historical selection and created through static oxidative aging, outside the typical solera profile.

⏳ Aging: Extremely long aging in American oak barrels, resulting in natural concentration and a unique expression of the vintage.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

Dark mahogany color. Very complex aroma of nuts, tobacco, leather, spices, old wood, dried fruit and balsamic notes. Dry, powerful, deep and extraordinarily persistent on the palate.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve at 12ºC-14ºC with game, highly aged cheeses, truffle dishes, or as a wine for contemplation.
