🛠️ Winemaking: Sparkling wine produced using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and prolonged aging on fine lees, enhancing its creamy texture, fine and persistent bubbles, and greater aromatic complexity.

⏳ Aging: Prolonged aging in the cellar, in contact with the lees, ensuring integration of the mousse, notes of bread, and a balance between freshness and mouthfeel.

🌿 Vineyards: Hillside vineyards in Melgaço, influenced by the Atlantic climate and temperature variations that favor slow ripening, lively acidity, and aromatic concentration typical of the Alvarinho grape variety.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
- Lively and well-integrated acidity, with a creamy mousse.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Bright citrine with greenish reflections and very fine, regular bubbles.
- Aroma: Intense notes of ripe citrus fruits, tropical fruit (pineapple, passion fruit) and delicate hints of biscuit and toasted bread.
- Palate: A dry, vibrant, and captivating sparkling wine with a creamy mousse, excellent freshness, a light mineral touch, and a long finish with hints of citrus fruits and bread.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Remains in excellent condition for several years after bottling, gaining aromatic complexity in the bottle without losing its characteristic freshness.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve chilled, between 8ºC and 10ºC. It pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, sushi, mildly spicy Asian dishes, white meats, and is ideal as an aperitif for celebratory occasions.
