🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes are selected from the best vineyards to provide the fruit and color to this wine. It is produced according to the traditional Port wine method. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed, crushed, and fermented in granite lagares for several days in contact with the skins. At the right moment, grape brandy is added, perfectly blending with the must to produce this Ruby Port.

Excellent with aged cheeses, chocolate, dried fruits and desserts; also perfect on its own.
