🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes were harvested manually and subsequently transported in small boxes. After selection at the winery entrance, they were destemmed, and alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, remaining in contact with the skins for several days. At the right moment, grape brandy was added, perfectly blending with the must to produce this LBV port.

Excellent with aged cheeses, chocolate, dried fruits and desserts; also perfect on its own.
⏳ Potential for Evolution: Store in a cool, dark place; some styles benefit from bottle aging.
