🛠️ Winemaking: The white grapes, sourced from our vineyards, undergo oxidative handling and a good extract of prolonged maceration in granite lagares. After the addition of wine brandy, the White Port ages in shades of blue.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Notes: This Port is a very elegant wine, with high aromatic complexity, resulting from oxidative aging. Golden in color, it presents complex aromas where notes of nuts, orange peel, and even dried figs stand out.

🍽️ Serving: Serve slightly chilled; ideally between 12–16ºC (depending on the style).
Excellent with aged cheeses, chocolate, dried fruits and desserts; also perfect on its own.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Store in a cool, dark place; some styles benefit from bottle aging.
