🌿 Vineyards: This Douro wine is produced with grapes from two very special estates: our Touriga Francesa vineyard at Quinta da Água Alta and an old vineyard at Quinta do Fojo Velho. These vineyards are located in quite different locations, but they complement each other, creating a lasting balance in this wine. The structure and complexity from the old vineyard combine perfectly with the velvety texture of the Touriga Francesa.

🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes were harvested manually at the Quinta da Água Alta and Quinta do Fojo Velho vineyards and subsequently transported in small boxes. After selection at the winery entrance, the grapes were destemmed and fermented for 7 to 10 days in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. The wine then aged in French oak barrels for 16 months to gain structure, balance the tannins, and maintain its elegance.
