🌿 Vineyards: The Branco Reserva is produced with grapes from our Quinta da Fonte. This Quinta is situated at an altitude of 500 meters on the cool plateau of Celeirós do Douro, facing east in a fantastic area for the production of fresh, structured white grapes. The schistous soil and altitude are decisive factors for the quality and potential of these grapes.

🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes at Quinta da Fonte were harvested manually and selected manually, and then transported in small boxes. After a second selection of the grapes upon arrival at the winery, they were destemmed and crushed. The alcoholic fermentation of the three chosen grape varieties then took place together for an extended period in French oak barrels, where it subsequently aged for 8 months.
