🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes at Quinta da Fonte vineyard were harvested manually and subsequently transported in small crates. After selection at the winery entrance, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. Alcoholic fermentation of the three selected varieties took place over 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
